This journal article addresses SDG 5 and 10 by showcasing findings that support the efficacy of Transgender Curriculum Integration Project. It highlights complexities of curricular change that can guide future curricular integration and evaluation in nursing programs nation-wide.
Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is one of the leading causes of preventable blindness in the working-age diabetic population in India and across the world. The work is an attempt to speed up preliminary screening of DR to cater to the future requirement of such a huge amount of diabetic patients.

Food marketing is related to growing rates of childhood obesity internationally. In this paper, the authors argue that regulations on digital food marketing need to be put in place to protect children.
This paper summarizes key learnings on effective intervention design, and discusses relevant policy and programmatic implications (as organized according to the Nuffield ladder). The paper concludes with a call for greater urgency in addressing influencers of children’s diets and the need for a cross-sectoral approach to policy design.

This scoping review examines the influence of external and internal food environment interventions on the diets of children and adolescents. Several interventions in school and community settings, including social protection interventions to adjust affordability, show promising results for improving diets.
This article highlights the winning proposals of the fifth edition of the Elsevier Foundation Green & Sustainable Chemistry Challenge. The winning proposals were chosen for their innovative green chemistry aspects and their large positive impact on the environment, contributing to SDGs 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15.

This journal article advances SDG 3 and 10 by explaining a systematic review and meta-analysis exploring the relationship between ethnicity and clinical outcomes in COVID-19 and finds Individuals of Black and Asian ethnicity are at increased risk of COVID-19 infection compared to White individuals. Asians may be at a higher risk of ITU admission and death.
Violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread violations of human rights. Global estimates published by WHO indicate that about 1 in 3 (35%) of women worldwide have experienced either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime. Since 1981, Women's rights activists have observed November 25th as a day against gender-based violence. To mark this event, Elsevier presents a curated, open access collection of 52 journal articles and book chapters to highlight to the urgent need to end violence against women and girls.
