This research develops SDG 3 (good health and well-being) alongside SDG 10 (reduced inequalities) by exploring changes in physiology associated with transgender hormones in the older population, a previously neglected demographic research area.
The number of countries with a national development plan has more than doubled, from about 62 in 2006 to 134 in 2018. This paper analyses the resurgence of national development planning, identifies the types and content of the plans, and their implications and interactions with the SDGs and the global development agenda.
Directly contributing to SDGs 3 (good health and well-being) and 10 (reduced inequalities), this research informs global prevention strategies for HIV and other STIs among men who have sex with men.

This article relates to SDG 10 (reduced inequalities), addressing how racial stereotypes might also depend on other aspects of target identities such as gay (vs. non-gay) men. The "whitening" effect indicates race and sexual orientation are not orthogonal in the minds of perceivers.
Employers today must plan for an aging workforce and make a strong effort to attract and retain older workers. It is critical for employers to take note of the value older workers can bring to an organization and consider the following steps to address their needs within the context of workforce planning.
