The paper highlights the need for greater investment into violence prevention research and evaluation of programmes focusing on low-income and middle-income countries, as the majority of high-quality evidence is skewed towards high-income countries.

Cement production consumes large amounts of energy. After rice is transported to mills, the husks are removed from the grain. Rice husk ash (RHA) produced in controlled combustion has been found to be a viable replacement for cement and has the potential to produce energy when combusted. This study can support SDGs 7, 9 and 12.
