LexisNexis Southeast Asia launched a Rule of Law storytelling project in March 2019 to share the stories of the issue of statelessness in Malaysia.
Advancing SDGs 10 (reduced inequalities) and 16 (peace, justice and strong institutions), the project covers stories from leaders committed to enhancing justice and the basic rights of these individuals considered stateless. The Now/here I Belong series hopes to drive understanding that the stateless are recognized nowhere, supporting their journey's so they can truly say: “now, here I belong”.
