 Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition associated with psychiatric and neurologic disorders,1 including dementia. Although the etiology of many dementias are poorly understood, neuroinflammation and vasculopathy are hypothesized to play a role. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to better characterize the association between psoriasis and dementia.
