Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a myeloid neoplasm. It generally occurs in young children and has wide-ranging organ involvement. Localized pain and tumor formation are common clinical manifestations of bone LCH.1 But isolated LCH in a rib is infrequent. We report here a rare case of chest pain caused by isolated rib LCH in an adult male.
