In this segment, RELX’s Global Head of Corporate Responsibility, Dr Márcia Balisciano, talks to Dr Christian Toennesen, Senior Partner at Carnstone and Chair of the Responsible Media Forum.
Christian leads much of Carnstone's work on social impact, and his clients span technology, fashion, gaming, media and financial services. He has a particular interest in the rise of digital lifestyles, chairing Carnstone's multi-client initiative, the Responsible Media Forum, a partnership between 25 leading media companies to identify and take action on the social and environmental challenges facing the sector.
Christian believes in joined up thinking across social, environmental and financial boundaries to achieve long term business sustainability. He has a DPhil in Management from the Oxford Martin School and remains committed to understanding the latest research in the field. Christian is a trustee of the Swire Chinese Language Foundation.
