This Personal View supports SDG 3 and 10 by explaining how children's health outcomes in the USA could be improved by adhering to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child - ie, adopt policies that promote children's rights and wellbeing. This would help to address the comparatively poor health outcomes of children in the USA despite the high per-capita health spending.

In China, renewable energy technological innovation (RETI) is the core pathway to addressing climate change and achieving carbon neutrality. Using the dataset from 30 provinces in China during 2007–2018, this paper provides a detailed analysis of the moderating role of Intellectual Property Rights protection in RETI's impact on carbon emissions. A deeper understanding of the impact of intellectual property rights (IPR) protection on the carbon reduction effect of RETI can provide policymakers with more specific information to support SDG 7 and 13.

This Article supports SDGs 3 and 10 by showing, across a range of indicators, that in the north of England, primary health care delivered in prisons is generally worse than that delivered in the community. There have been some areas of improvement and some areas of worsening, but overall there is substantial scope for improvement.
