This article examines how mental health issues can impact the workplace. The goal of SDG target 3.4 is to reduce premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being.

However as our soils increasingly suffer leaching, erosion and compaction from ever-heavier modern machinery, more and more arable farmers are reaping the benefits of bringing sheep and cattle back on to the land.
